Vanessa, the CEO of SparkBizLab, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing within the financial industry as a biotech specialist. Her career includes a decade as a stockbroker in the biotech sector for one of the top five largest banks in North America. As an accomplished online entrepreneur, Vanessa has founded three successful companies in the consulting and web design fields, with SparkBizLab being the third venture she created alongside her son.
Academically Vanessa holds a master's degree in Italian and Russian linguistics from the University of Geneva and Moscow, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Organizational and Business psychology from the University of Liverpool. Additionally, she is an ICF-certified Executive Mentor-Coach and holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence (Reuven Bar-On EQ360) and Customer Neuroscience (Copenhagen Business School).
